Will my game reach me by the holidays?
We’d love to say yes, and are going to print the game as fast as possible. We’ve set a delivery goal of February, which we feel is super realistic. It all depends on printing/packaging, but miracles could happen, right?

How many players can PLAY Family Plot?
2-6 Players can play! When we release expansion packs, you’ll be able to fold those in and add players! We suggest playing with really stupid family members because they can’t count anyway (bless their hearts), and you can win, and isn’t that what we all want to be? Winners!!

How long is typical gameplay?
It really depends on how many players there are and how many of your moms like to stop and talk and read cards and text her friends. So, a normal game runs about 20-30 minutes . . . a game filled with chatty moms . . . you’re looking at a solid 12 hours. :) It’s a blast to play and we are also going to release expansions in the future that will even allow you to alter game play . . . add in more Reapers or Action cards, etc. So, you’ll be able to CUSTOMIZE your own experience to make the game play even faster or last longer! How cool is that?

What is the age range for Family Plot?
Are you seriously wanting to spend time with your children? Shouldn’t they be off texting or tweetsing or snappychattywatting? Oh, you’re serious . . . um, yeah.
We’ve actually created Family Plot so all ages can have fun whether it’s family or friends! Think of it as a PG animated movie where there’s just enough innuendo for the adults with just enough funny for the kids so they’ll love it too! It’s a GREAT adult party game, but also AWESOME for the whole family 12-up! No foul language or anything like that, but there are two cards that involve POOP. Be warned!!!

Are all the families NUCLEAR or is there a wide variety?
FANTASTIC question! NO, all of our families are not nuclear. We have families that are all men and some that are all women. We have families that are just grandma and grandma with kids. It’s all over the place to represent all kinds of families. Test players have really seemed to appreciate this and we’ve gotten a lot of great comments about this fact . . . I know, people saying nice thing about us? What the crap?

How do I add ADD-ONs to my pledge?
It’s very simple! All you have to do is add the amount of your add-on(s) to your current pledge and we will send a survey out at the end of the campaign to find out what that extra money is for so you get what you wanted! It’s that easy! For example, if you have a $25 pledge and want to add-on a tee, your new amount would be $55, etc. THANKS FOR CHECKING US OUT!!

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
